Conrad London St James

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro station and close to popular tourist attractions like Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. The hotel staff were outstanding, providing excellent customer service and being very attentive to our needs. The inclusive Full English Breakfast and access to the executive lounge were worth the money, offering a variety of options and 24-hour access to drinks and snacks. The rooms were lovely and well-appointed.

We were sold a service on our arrival and were led to believe that we were doing a bargain but this one did not correspond to us (80 pounds more per day instead of 160, for a superior quality room and VIP access to a private room for breakfast, snacks, aperitifs and snacks at several times of the day. as we were there to visit London apart from breakfast, we couldn't enjoy the rest. Moreover we lost the view on the street that Nou had asked for at the beginning. We had a view on the courtyard and kitchens, lighting problem in the bathroom, no switch. In short, bill increased in the end without having taken advantage of the services we paid for. Problem of comprehensionIt is said on the site that the employees speak our language but on arrival it is not the case.

it was our 2nd stay in this hotel and again a wonderful experience. very nice entrance hall and reception and very nice bar area. all employees are very friendly and courteous. room with a lovely bed and very clean and comfortable, large bathroom with bathtub and great shower with shanghaitang accessories to shower and cream, location a dream- directly at westminster abbey and fast everywhere. we will definitely come back.

Had a short but wonderful stay at Conrad. The staff were excellent, offering superb service and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Good AC, tea/coffee facilities, and amenities. Convenient location near St James tube station. Well-organized luggage storage. Enjoyed good value for money. Will recommend Conrad to anybody.

When we received the room, the plug of the sink was blocked, we had to call twice for the technician to come and fix it... Breakfast with options...

The hotel was situated in an ideal location, with public transportation just steps away. The rooms were luxurious and impeccably clean - the bedding and towels were of exceptional quality. The outstanding service from the staff, as previously mentioned in other reviews, made our stay truly unforgettable. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a range of options to suit everyone's preferences. the executive lounge was a lovely perk with its comfortable seating, drinks, and snacks.

The parking situation could be improved, as it was difficult to find available spaces nearby.

Loved the champagne surprise delivered to our room for our 10th anniversary, it really made us feel special. Room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was great and the staff were excellent overall. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

the exclusive amenities and service were impeccable. the beautiful and spacious room had a lovely view. the in, room breakfast was well, presented and offered a wide variety, including special diet menus. the bar/lounge area was cozy and stylish. the private facilities were top, notch.

The only minor issue was that the restaurant service was slow during dinner. the delicious food made up for it.

breakfast was really great! except for the view from the window, nothing disturbed me, although it has to be said that i didn't really expect anything different at a city hotel. everything else was perfect. food in all restaurants was great. tea-time excellent! concierge was great!

The room, renovated with all the facilities, although reduced in size and with little light because it gives on to an interior patio .

basically the windows in this good hotel are not optimal. there is no special noise protection and specially the cold outside temperatures can be felt in the rooms.

During my stay at Conrad, I was kinda surprised by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The staff were great too ensure my comfort, even offering a free upgrade to a suite upon arrival. The little touches, like the delicious mince pies in the foyer, added an extra touch of luxury. Access to the executive lounge was a wonderful perk, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The only minor issues were a flashing light in the room, which I quickly resolved, and a mistaken charge for a bottle of wine, promptly corrected. I had a nice experience and would highly recommend this elegant hotel.
